Cookie Policy

This Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies we use, how long they last, and how you can change your consent at any time.

Version 2.0 · Last updated: 31 August 2026

1. What cookies are and why we ask

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. We use them to keep the site working, to remember your choices and — only with your consent — for analytics and marketing. Under § 89(3) of Czech Act No. 127/2005 Coll. on electronic communications, cookies that are not strictly necessary to provide the service may only be stored after you have given consent.

2. How consent works

On your first visit we show a banner where you can give or refuse consent. Refusing is as easy as accepting: "Accept all" and "Reject all" are equally prominent on the first layer of the banner. Until consent is given we run no analytics or marketing scripts and load no third-party scripts that set cookies. Consent is voluntary, refusal does not restrict access to the site's content, and your choice can be changed at any time.

3. Strictly necessary cookies

These are required for the website and application to work and cannot be switched off. The legal basis is the provision of a service you explicitly requested; consent is not required. • payload-token — administration login; lifetime: session / 2 hours. • payload-tenant — identifies the venue in the multi-customer environment; lifetime: session. • kilivi-consent — stores your cookie choice; lifetime: 365 days.

4. Analytics cookies

Activated only with your consent. They measure traffic and help us understand which parts of the site are useful. Data is evaluated in aggregate and IP addresses are truncated. The lifetime of these cookies does not exceed 13 months.

5. Marketing cookies

Activated only with your consent. They measure advertising effectiveness and limit repeated display of the same ad. Lifetime does not exceed 13 months. Without consent no marketing scripts are loaded.

6. Third-party tools

Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Ltd.) protects forms against automated abuse. It loads only when you start filling in a form and sets its own cookies rc::a and rc::c. Forms cannot be submitted without it; its use is necessary to protect the Service. Google's processing is governed by Google's privacy policy.

7. Managing and withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" button in the website footer or the control below on this page. Withdrawal takes effect for the future and does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Cookies can also be deleted or blocked directly in your browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in.

8. Contact

Questions about cookies and data processing can be sent to gdpr@kilivi-dev.cz. Further information is in our Privacy Policy.
